Texoma is excited to be the host region for the 2025 ACA, National Conference! In leu of the region's January Winter Conference, Texoma will host an Awards dinner during the National Conference. This is a great opportunity for the region to come together and celebrate the accomplishments of it's camps and professionals. We hope you will join us. The evening will include a social reception with light appetizers, dinner and awards ceremony.

Texoma is excited to have several award categories to honor professionals for outstanding work in the region and beyond.

Years of Service Award
Recognizing Texoma camps operating for 25 years or more!

Diamond Camps- 100 years or more
Gold Camps- 75 years or more
Silver Camps- 50 years or more
Bronze Camps- 25 years or more

Pioneer of Camp Award
Honoring camp professionals who have reached "legend" status through a minimum of 25 years of service and dedication to the industry.

Rising Star Award-Professional
Honoring EPIC professionals (less than 10 years of service) for their contributions to the region and industry.

Rising Star Award-Organization
Honoring new camp organizations/programs (less than 10 years old) for their contributions to the region and industry.

Outstanding Service Award
Honoring individuals who have given outstanding and exceptional service to camping and local ACA efforts

Program Excellence Award
Recognizing programs that develop effective, creative responses to the needs of a community and/or societal problem using the camp environment.

Friends of Camp Award
Recognizing individuals or organizations who have supported the efforts of the camping industry in an exceptional way.
